The Sermon On The Mount (Matthew 5)

The gospel according to Matthew was one of the earliest accounts of Jesus’ life that circulated among the church. These early believers were first simply called, “Followers of the Way”.

They weren’t marked by merely believing in a few theological truths, rather they were marked being with Him, becoming like Him, and doing what He did. 

For this series, we’ll focus on the Sermon on the Mount from Matthew 5-7. It’s here that King Jesus gives us a radical picture of what life in the Kingdom looks like. It’s our hope that as we meditate on Jesus’ words that we might more closely follow His Way.
